Pushing the envelope of contemporary electronic music, Jamie Lane is invested in his vision of creating ethereal and cerebral songs leading up to his debut album early 2021. The Gold Coast creative blends his signature sounds and unique vocal filters to compose intelligent electro-R&B tracks with lyrics that often depict Jamie's trials and tribulations as an artist.

Jamie's journey began with his infectious debut single “Sink” which was played nation-wide thanks to support from triple j and Unearthed, and racked up over 500,000 streams globally on Spotify. After an acclaimed EP last year, Jamie signed with Source Music to release the single “Sweet/Bitter”, this time enjoying half-a-million views on YouTube and surpassing 100,000 streams. Jamie’s keen ear for detail results in pristine production that complements his vocal flow, emphasising the song’s message by creating an unanimous vibe - a signature quality of his music.

Last year, Jamie partnered with internationally recognised brands, releasing music with French electronic label Kitsuné Musique and curating a mix for national favourite gelateria Gelato Messina which is currently being played in all their stores. Jamie has performed at Falls Festival and supported Aussie producer Running Touch, and has previously been featured on Spotify editorial playlists “Fresh Finds” and “Chillige Basse,” and prominent publications such as Sniffers, Pilerats and Thissongissick.
